How Passivhaus addresses the systemic issues in new buildings

I’m looking for a presentation to present to people interested in Passivhaus, which rather than just outlining the Passivhaus benefits, turns things around and highlights the systemic issues with new buildings and how these can be addressed in general terms and then how Passivhaus does exactly that.  I’m thinking about issues like energy consumption, comfort, overheating, air quality, durability and cost.  I think the PH industry is not presenting the benefits in the clearest and most pursuasive way and if we want to roll out PH to the mainstream we need to do this urgently.  Has anyone tried to do this and would be happy to share their presentation?
