MVHR is the best option, even in leaky buildings

The Passivhaus Trust have published an article dispelling the myth that mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) should only be installed in airtight properties and confirming anecdotal evidence that MVHR reduces energy consumption and improves air quality, even in more leaky buildings and retrofits.
