Concrete pour to the rear boundary Stepoc walls and the garden concrete slabs.

The concrete footings to the external Stepoc boundary walls can be seen, perhaps overkill but they will be robust in the event of flooding!

The external insulation is being applied (in this case between the garage and the house) with recessed thermally broken fixings and then capped with insulation plugs.

View of the front elevation.

The garage walls.

The internal walls are all masonry against potential flooding. This is the steam room.

Rear garden walls and slabs for seating.

The concrete toe of the boundary wall can be seen to the left, with the Foamglas kerb on the right with the brown drainage material between, forming the side alley along the east.
