Oakhill Passivhaus in Mayfield, Sussex has just received Passivhaus certification with an airtigthness of 0.22 ACH. One more building providing super low energy consumption and excellent comfort and occupant health. Congratulations to all involved – Koru Architects, MBC timber frame, Object Assemble main contractors, Etude Passivhaus certifiers, Enhabit M&E, Jim Miller design Passivhaus consultants and of course the homeowners for their tireless dedication without which the project would never have happened.
