Anil is an architect whose condition report service has some key differences from the normal surveyor’s homebuyer survey. He loves to crawl all over a building and report on its idiosyncrasies, but will also do desktop research on planning history or the historic building context. He will also comment on design possibilities and the likely cost of alterations, including if appropriate, energy efficiency improvements. Having this information provides purchasers with some key insights at the front end of their process, and also this may initiate an ongoing design process following purchase completion
