Is this the first one off Pasivhaus for sale in the UK? I visited the Old Water Tower in Chieveley as part of the Passivhaus Open Days event last weekend and was impressed by the building and the architect Tom Gresford. Hopefully the buyer will appreciate what they’re getting!
